To empower girls and amplify their voice , International Day of the Girl Child was celebrated at BVM (USN) with immense euphoria. Class XI and XII girls portrayed themselves as renowned Indian female personalities. Mrs.Rupali (TGT) apprised all with the significance of the day that is to eliminate gender-based challenges faced by little girls around the world, which include child marriages, discrimination, violence and poor learning opportunities.Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal said that contemporary girls are breaking boundaries and barriers posed by stereotypes & exclusion and are emerging as powerful entrepreneurs, innovators and initiators of global movements, thus creating a world that is relevant to them and future generations.
